Nathanael “Radthanael” May helped out with the lighting for my shots on this comic. He has been staying at our house the last two days. We don’t get to see each other often, so we made a checklist of all the things we wanted to accomplish. We made a video about that. We are pretty proud of it.

I feel like the lighting in this one shows skill on the part of the light-holding-person.
Also, it is definitely the “Empire Strikes Back” of the Tear King Saga.

If controlled, Emo tears could be a new energy source. I’m sure they could power a vanity lamp. And camera lighting.

will Evie appear as an Emo child? i esp love A’s expression in the second frame…i ’spect that same expression is also her disdain of the Biz Meister, er, the Biz Fairy. I like the “just go out there with a shop-vac” - that is sooo Larry Thornton.

@dan Imagine Sisyphean emotion with bad hair and tight jeans. Now imagine a toddler who gets certifiably giddy when sucking on a pacifier, but soon thereafter realizes that its associated redundancy and trendiness are nothing but a sad reminder of his/her powerlessness and immaturity.
