I asked Derrick, a friend of mine nerdier than I (always a good policy when looking for info) about the validity of my comic. He said, “Repulsive magnetic force. Blah, blah, blah, science.” which didn’t really help me. So I went to Wikipedia.
You should go check out the entry for Magnet.
One more thing, let’s make today a delurking day. If you surfed by and read the comic, go ahead and leave a comment. It doesn’t have to be a long one, or a nice one. Here are some copy/pasteable, ready-to-use comments if you’re having trouble coming up with one.
“Hi.”
“Hi, I love your comic.”
“Hi, I hate your comic.”
“Hi, I don’t get your comic.”
“Hi, I don’t really have a strong opinion about your comic, but it sure beats working.”

Not sure what to think? But you can’t say I am lurking. I have been reading these. I just haven’t figured them out yet.

In the last frame, clearly the girl magnet is sucking the boy magnet’s will to live. It makes me sad.

Shouldn’t the boy magnet be blue, if we’re going with stereotypes?

Man. Now I HAVE to leave a message when I read these? This reminds me of when I’m sitting in church and the pastor looks right at me and asks me a question. And then I have to say something that made it seem like I got everything that he said up to that point.
The comic was kinda cool and at the same time weird.
The thing here was, the nice red magnet was hoping for an “AND” but before he knew it it became a “XOR”. Poor guy.

This comic has science written all over it… down to the sound magnets make when they repel one another.

Someone on pleonast had a link to your stuff. Some of it was pretty funny, so I’m a subscriber by RSS.

You should do another one with horseshoes that looks almost exactly the same, except when they hold hands, nothing happens, because they’re horseshoes, not magnets.

P.S. I clicked on all the ads so you can get rich quick.
