I strongly suspect this trend evolved from the single “Round Here” by Counting Crows.
Or it coulda just been made up.

if i had my druthers, everyone in the states would have to submit to “Woody’s Hour of Guthrie”. i suspect it would take place between 6:30-7:30 pm.
